Which characteristics would best describe Employee Satisfaction?
We have started two polls – one on LinkedIn and one on Twitter. Why do we ask this? We are developing a digital tool that will help organizations to increase the personal and professional satisfaction of their employees, through a clear definition of the job, the necessary training to be able to meet the required results and objectives and a rhythm of one on one meetings to visualize the progress! Everyone involved, management team and collaborators. Thanks for your participation!
