”I love what I do” best describes employee satisfaction.
We have started two polls – one on LinkedIn and one on Twitter.
“I love what I do”, when
- I feel empowered at work,
- my natural skills are promoted,
- I am appreciated by leaders and colleagues,
- I am given the opportunity to learn,
- I am given the opportunity to grow professionally as well as personally,
- I contribute to the success of my organization.
And because all of that I give an extra portion of
- Passion,
- Motivation,
- and Energy.
